Premiere: DJ Limbo – Naughty Pleasure [Unlearn:Records]

DJ Limbo comes out swinging with his first stand-alone single for Doc Brown’s Unlearn Records on Naughty Pleasure alongside a AAA remix by DJ Dove.

DJ Limbo is a South Korean house DJ and producer now making a name for himself in San Antonio, TX. After moving to Hawaii at 20, he immersed himself in rave culture and began his DJ journey on Mixcloud in 2020, aiming to uplift listeners during tough times. A self-taught producer inspired by prodcuers like John Summit, DJ Limbo quickly drew the attention of labels and since 2021, his trippy, synth-heavy modern tech house tracks have been gaining recognition and interest from other artists.

Having appeared on Unlearn compilations before, his stand-alone debut comes in the shape of Naughty Pleasure, a sleazy, sizzling slice of deep, sinewy tech house boasting razor sharp synth lines and a dark, brooding atmosphere. On the remix, house stalwart DJ Dove adds a deep, rolling bassline and intricate percussion for a deep/tech house hybrid that pushes all the right buttons.
