Namata label boss Gabriel Evoke is back at his label with the ‘Soul Clap EP’. The Brazilian artist releases a deep, groovy, fresh and funky 4 tracker ready to take the clubs and festivals by storm this summer. A clever EP showcasing Evoke’s abilities to produce tracks at any time.Get Down is a fat, chunky track with a groovy bassline. As the song progresses, an array of bouncy synths, guitar and sax intertwine with an Organ lead that morphs into a powerful break. This track will take you on a magical floating funk and groove ride home. Next up is Soul Clap, which has a summer in its step, delivers power and an overall groove that just makes you want to go down and get funky and onto the dance floor with a smile on your face. Mamaia is the deepest track on the EP, as it’s laced with atmospheric chords pushed back into the mix to give the track depth and space for the Synth’s seductive melodies and bits of vocal samples, and it’s a joy to hear.
