Premiere: Luuk Van Dijk – Everything I Want [Heavy House Society]

Sidney Charles’ Heavy House Society label continues in its rich vein of form with the new release from Amsterdam based artist, Luuk Van Dijk. Having played sets at Paradise, Awakenings, elrow, and DGTL plus he has held a residency at Straf_Werk, whilst releasing on labels like Hot Creations, Solid Grooves, Do Not Sleeps and his own Dark Side of The Sun, Van Dijk now drops his debut slick 3 track EP release on Charles’s Heavy House Society label.

The title track of the EP, Serious Danger, kicks off the proceedings with its stripped and minimal groove, combining with old school pads and its shuffling hi hat groove.

Everything I Want, is the second track on the EP. This is a smooth tech house number. With its bouncing bassline, telephone call incidentals, and slick production this is classy production.

The third and last track on the package is What You Like, which is a solid house groover, old school vocal cuts, and an almost Todd Terry esq jacking beat give this track its identity.
